A certified sommelier, Ginny has 15 years experience in hospitality management and operations for fine dining restaurants and high volume institutions. In the course of her career, Ginny has curated numerous award-winning beverage programs and repeated garnered high staff approval ratings. She has successfully managed budgets, labor, overhead and day-to-day operations for restaurants and supper clubs spanning Atlanta, Manhattan, San Francisco, Santa Barbara and Nashville

An accomplished graphic designer and brand development expert, Cat has created brand identities, marketing and promotional materials for over 100 restaurants and 20 restaurant brands in nine states. A design team veteran of both fast casual and upscale hospitality concepts, Cat specializes in building strong brand identities aimed at maximizing brand awareness and reach.
